The sake is made from rice polished up to 60% and fermented slowly at low temperatures for a long period of time with the local Sai no Kuni yeast from Saitama Prefecture, bringing out its aroma and flavour.
The deep flavour and good sharpness of this junmai sake complements any dish.
Winner of the Gold Award in the sake junmai-shu category at the Feminise World Wine Competition 2021 in France.
