Like Champagne, this sake is made effervescent by secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The white lees were deposited thickly, but there was no way to shake it, so I opened the bottle and found that it had no problem being stirred with the force of bubbles. The liquid poured into a glass became cloudy.
The alcohol content is 8 degrees. It is light in terms of alcohol content, and the sweet carbonation makes it easy to drink like a sour.
