We used 100% locally contract-grown rice, Tamakazei. Takazasu is named after Mt. Kushigata, another name for the southernmost mountain in the Southern Alps. This sake is dry, crisp, and brings out the flavor of the rice. It is recommended to be served lukewarm (40-45℃).
