Sakuhei Shinshu, located at the foot of Mt. Sengkonishiki is a sake collection that has been continuously marking for over three hundred years after its establishment in 1681. Miyamanishiki is used for Japan’s signature alcoholic rice, and carefully brewed by Mori with Ginju yeast K-901. This is a spicy brewer with a dignified taste that won’t shake. The smooth liquor is also recommended as an eating drink.
